Service Description

Counseling sessions are provided via telehealth video calls through Doxy.me (a safe, secure HIPAA-compliant platform that can be accessed on any device with internet access). Appointments are usually 45 minutes long and typically scheduled once a week, though can be increased or decreased in frequency as needed. Counseling services are appropriate for clients struggling with major life adjustments, interpersonal conflicts, low self-esteem or self-worth, assertive communication, or mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and OCD. * Please note that rates vary depending on the appointment type. Rates are as follows: Initial/annual intake (~45-60 min; reevaluation and treatment reviews conducted yearly): $120 Individual session (45 min): $80 Family/couples session (45 min): $100 No show/missed appointment fee (if less than full 24 hours' notice): $60

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments no-showed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than a full 24 hours' notice will be subject to the $60 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee, which must be paid in full prior to re-engaging in services. Also note: Required notice is for a FULL 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, not just any time the day before. For example, canceling at 5pm the night before an appointment scheduled for 10am the next morning is not considered a full 24 hours' notice even though it was technically the day before. Having sufficient notice enables us to have enough time to rearrange our schedules and childcare, or offer your spot to a different client who needs it.
